Traditional Funeral Service
We provide a professional traditional service where family, friends and acquaintances have viewing of the deceased and visitation with the lost loved one’s family the day, before the burial service to pay their respect and share in memories. And funeral service in the church of the family’s choice or in our chapel and ending in a graveside committal.
Burial
A casket burial is a traditional service and there are many options you can choose from. We can provide an immediate burial without a public service; a visitation, viewing or wake with a closed or open casket; a funeral service at our funeral home, church or private home and a graveside service at a cemetery. You can choose whether you’d like a public or private service or a combination. It is entirely up to you how you wish to pay your respects.
Cremation Services
Howerton Funeral Home can provide for the cremation of the deceased and guide you through the option arrangement the family desires. We are committed to you care.
Pre-Planning Service
We can help you in planning this important part of life. There are many options, you can plan out the whole thing yourself, choosing how the service is orchestrated with all the arrangements, choose the person(s) to take care of particulars, express you final wishes however you choose. Most important you will relieve your family of the financial burden that usually befalls a family during time of loss, thus giving your family the time to grieve your loss and not be stressed with all the decision making during and already stressful situation.
