Worrel Maxime Jr., 49, of Atlanta, GA, departed this life Sunday, September 29, 2024 at his residence.
He was born July 13, 1975 in New York City. He was the son of Worrel Maxime Sr., and Delores Berger Maxime-Rhyne.
Worrel Jr. was first a member of Capital Hill Seventh-Day Adventists Church and later joined Bladensburg Seventh-Day Adventists Church in Washington, DC. He attended the University of Maryland, Washington Adventist University and University of Texas.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his step father, Elder Ralph Rhyne, of Chatham; a son, Trenton Maxime, a daughter, Madison Watson, both of Texas; two sisters, Lesley Prillman, of Houston Texas and Rachel Agarrat-Cryer (Gregory),of Cottage City, Maryland; Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephew; other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Howerton Funeral Home, with Pastor Fred Betts, Eulogist. Interment will follow in the Bellgrove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Chatham, VA.
Viewing will be one hour prior to service.
