Spencer Starling

Mr. Spencer Ray Starling, 63, of 341 Museville Road, Chatham, VA passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2025 in Roanoke Memorial Hospital. 

He was born May 7, 1962 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. He was the son of the late Rufus Campbell and Mary Starling, who survives. He was married to Charlene Starling, who survives.

He was a member of Watson Level Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife and mother, survivors include a son, Jatarrio Hall of Lynchburg, VA ; and a daughter, Josilin Hall of Danville, VA; a brother, Darryl Starling of Chatham, VA; five grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, January, 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Howerton Funeral Home with Pastor Prenceanna Craft, Eulogist.

Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
