Robert Barley

Mr. Robert Barley, 76 of 205 Macy Herndon Lane, Dry Fork, Virginia departed this life Tuesday, March 25, 2025 in Guggenheimer Health & Rehabilitation in Lynchburg, Virginia.

He was born December 7, 1948 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia.  He was the son of the late California and Evelyn Johnson Barley.

He was a veteran of the United States Army.

He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter, Twanda Walton of Chatham,VA; a grandson, Rodney Walton, Jr.; a brother, Callie Barley (Diane) of Danville, VA; two sisters, Frances Ferrell of Dry Fork, VA and Mary Adams of Danville, VA; a  host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be conducted Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 12:00 noon with military rites from Bell Grove Primitive Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Paul Walton, Eulogist.
