Mr. Quentin Fernando Glass, 44, of 111 Vicar Lane, Danville, Virginia entered into a peaceful sleep after a brief illness Thursday, February 10, 2022 in SOVAH Health Care Center, Danville, Virginia.
Quentin was born December 31, 1977 in Halifax County. He was the son of Peggy Glass, who survives.
He was a member of Mountain Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He attended Halifax County Public Schools and was a United States Navy Veteran.
In addition to his mother he is survived by a devoted friend Brittani Daniel, a son LaKobe M. Glass, both of Danville, VA; two brothers, Tony Glass (Tiffany) of South Boston, VA, and Justin Glass (Lauren), of Danville, VA; one sister, Iris G. Edmonds (Shelly), of South Boston, VA; two aunts, one uncle, one great uncle, two nieces, four nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. from Mountain Grove Missionary Baptist Church by Rev. Gamaska Vickers. Burial with Military rites will follow in the church cemetery.
Viewing will be Friday, February 18, 2022 from 4-6 p.m. from the Chapel of Howerton Funeral Home.
Masks are required for all services.
