Mrs. Cynthia Chandler Woody

Mrs. Cynthia Chandler Woody, 62, of 1401 Riverwalk Way, Irmo, S.C., passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at her residence.
She was born August 16, 1955 in Baltimore, MD. She was the daughter of the late Robert H. and Mable C. Chandler. She was married to Samuel Woody, who survives.
She was a member of Universal outreach Church of God in Christ in Irmo, SC.
She was predeceased by two siblings, Louis Chandler and Martha Majors.
In addition to her husband she is survived by three children, Samuel L. Woody II (Princess), Jeremy M. Woody (Salleya), Marceka Jordon (Nathaniel), all of South Carolina; a brother, Robert H. Chandler Jr. (Rene❜), of Halifax, VA; a sister, Nortona (Rene❜) Chandler Sydnor, of Martinsville, VA; a half- sister Shonque (Nikki) Chandler, of Halifax, VA; seven grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be conducted Monday, April 2, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. from Berry Hill Baptist Church by Rev. Hubert Pannell. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.
Viewing will be one hour prior to service. The family is at the residence of her brother, Robert H. Chandler Jr., 3148 Ball Park Loop, Halifax, VA.
