James Lewis Anderson

Mr. James Lewis Anderson, 73, of Chatham, Virginia, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020 in Lynchburg General Hospital.

He was born August 30, 1947 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia.  He was the son of the late James and Kathleen Campbell Anderson.  He is also predeceased by one brother, Alvin Anderson.

He is survived by four siblings, Sam Anderson, of Java, VA, Calvin Anderson, of Seattle Washington, Barbara Barksdale (Charlie), of Axton, VA, and Emma Hubbard (Holland), of Chatham, VA; two devoted cousins, Christine Myers (Fletcher), and William Fuller ( Della), all of Chatham, VA; nieces, nephews other relative and friends.

COVID-19 Guidelines and procedures will be enforced.

Grave side service will be Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 12 noon, at the New Design Baptist Church by Rev. Tony Dillard.
