Classie Ann Chaney

Ms. Classie Ann Chaney, 69, of 3321 Mount Tabor Road, Keeling, Virginia, died November 2, 2017 at the residence.
Born September 13, 1948 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Raleigh Chaney and Polly Chaney Richardson, who survives.
She was a member of Mountain Grove Missionary Baptist Church, and was retired from Jon Bill Textile Company.
She was predeceased by one daughter Martha Anne Chaney.
In addition to her mother of the residence, she is survived by a son Chubby Chaney ( Wendna), Philadelphia, PA; four brothers Charlie Chaney (Nannie Mae), Ronnie Chaney, and John Richardson, all of Keeling, VA, Joe Richardson ( Sue), Danville, VA; three sisters, Rosa Fuller, Ringgold, VA, Linda Burton ( Robert), Walkertown, NC, and Clara Marrow (Qunicy), of Williamsburg, VA; one granddaughter Ciaira Renea Meekins; other relatives and friends.
Funeral service for Ms. Chaney will be Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 1 p.m. from Mt. Grove Missionary Baptist Church by Elder William Howerton. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Viewing will be Monday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
